can of coconut juice to add as needed or carnation milk

Water
Steps 1. Boil the ginger, lemon grass, lime leaves,
and garlic in two cups of water.
Steps 2. Add
the chicken pieces to the boiling water and continue to boil for 8 minutes
until chicken meat is cooked completely.
Steps
3. Add 3 tablespoons of fish sauce and the lime
juice, ½ cup sliced mushrooms and 4-5 fresh chili peppers and bring back to the
boil for one full minute.
Steps 4. Add
one can of coconut milk and bring the mixture back to the boil again for
another 3 minutes.

5. When all
ingredients are heated that remove from heat and serve over white rice.
