onion leaves sliced 1 tablespoon
Parsley
leaves sliced 1 tablespoon

dried red chilly 1 tablespoon
Sugar
1 teaspoon
Shallots
sliced 3 tablespoon
Procedures Pork Salad
Step 1.
Boil ground pork , pork skin and pork liver and then make it dry form water and
then put it to a bowl
Step
2. Put mint leave, lemon juice, fish sauce, roasted sticky rice powder, green
onion leaves, parsley leaves, ground dried red chilly, sugar and shallots
sliced. Mix it together.
Step 3. Serve
to a dish and eat with sticky rice and Vegetable such as Long beans, cucumber,
lettuce.
