Thai Fried Noodle



Raw material

Large garlic cloves large eggs
Large limes
Chopped    1/3 roasted peanuts
1 bunch scallions - thinly sliced crosswise
Brown sugars 1/3 golden
Peanut oil
Freshly chopped cilantro leaves 1/2 bunch
Pork tenderloin - cut into 1-inch-long thin strips
Bean sprouts
Red pepper flakes
Fish sauce
Flat rice noodles


Step 1.  Bring the water to soak for about 30 minutes render a soft line. After that set the pan over medium heat oil fry the onion and garlic. Put the noodles into a pan add the chicken broth to taste.  Stir slightly cooked then the egg into it.
